Prolon FMD

Rich and I completed the fasting mimicking diet by It's much easier than the water fasting I have done in the past when my Crohn's was acting up. It's a little on the pricy side, but it is nothing compared to the cost of a stem cell injection and you get similar benefits.

The food tastes probably better than what you might expect, but a little bland. However, it's excellent quality, vegan, gluten free and non-gmo. Regardless, I feel great and lost exactly 5 lbs in 5 days, and that wasn't my main objective.

To justify the price I consider the $3.50 ish I spend a day on vitamins and an approximate $35 per day I would have spent on food if it was already prepared, and I can easily justify $45 per day to have something super convenient, that takes no more than 4 minutes to prepare.

On the other side of things, if I were to buy everything and create it myself, that may take so much time and effort, that for the first few times, it's simply going to be easier to use their product. I do have some ideas how to do it without getting it from Prolon, but I don't think that I'll save that much. It will be more about getting variety.

Regardless, it was very painless. The only side effect I had was a headache on day 2 and my appetite was a challenge on day 3. By day 5 I could have extended it a couple additional days, but only extended it one day, mostly because I didn't have to food supply on hand to extend it further.

My goal is to replace all of my autoimmune t-cells with healthy cells and concur my Crohn's. I am super excited about the results that have occurred with a FMD and am focused on doing what I can do to continue to manage this disease without medication.
